Please note the time change for the announcement of a dual-degree agreement by Wichita State University and Emporia State University to 1:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, Oct. 15) in the Marcus Welcome Center at WSU.

The new agreement, which will be signed by WSU President John Bardo and Emporia State President Michael D. Shonrock, will create a pathway of success for students of both institutions.
