The pressures of being a new professor are many. In this session we will discuss ways that newer (i.e. pre-tenure) faculty members can alleviate some of those pressures by implementing teaching strategies that can increase teaching effectiveness, student learning and teaching evaluations while also decreasing workload and stress.
