The 2nd Shocker Lifeline to End Hunger will occur from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, outside the Elliott School of Communication. Students will pass the food collected from the bins on campus to the Kansas Food Bank's truck. Following the lifeline event, Elliott School professor Deborah Ballard-Reisch will give a presentation at the Ulrich Museum from 1:30-3 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 1:30 p.m., with the presentation in the Beren Gallery at 2 p.m., followed by a Q&A session at 2:45 p.m. Additional information is provided on the Hunger Awareness Initiative's website at http://wsuhunger.wordpress.com/event-2/.
