Come to the Halloween Spooktacular

The College of Health Professions Dean's Student Ambassador Council is hosting a Halloween Spooktacular from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, on the second floor of Ahlberg Hall. It will be a day full of fun for students, faculty and staff.

Baked Good Contest (Halloween and/or fall themes) -- Bring a baked good and get three drawing tickets.

Costume Contest (individual and group winners) -- Wear a costume and get three drawing tickets.

Pumpkin carving/decorating contest -- Bring a carved or decorated pumpkin and get three drawing tickets.

Additional events include:
Murder Mystery/Body Part Scavenger Hunt -- one ticket
Guessing Jars -- one ticket (four guesses)
Halloween Trivia -- one ticket
Mystery Science Theatre 3000
Trick or Treat for the Child Development Center kids (45 kids)
Silent Auction (bid on the baked goods plus other prizes)
Lunch with sloppy brains, crunchy bones and witches brew -- Suggested donation of $3 or three tickets

Tickets are $1 each or six for $5; cash or checks only.

Each department in the College of Health Professions is challenged to a pillar decorating contest. Pick a pillar in the south lobby on the second floor and show your creativity. The winner will receive a traveling trophy and bragging rights for the next year, so have fun.
