Human Resources and the Office of Multicultural Affairs will provide the training session "Gender Minority and Transgender Employees in the Workplace" from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, in the Lucas Room, 265 RSC. The goal is to clarify the understanding of issues related to gender minority/transgender employees. Workplace considerations will be discussed including de-mystifying the transitioning process, challenges posed in the workplace, myths, misconceptions and language.
