In October 2013, the State Employee Health Plan (SEHP) partnered with state agency Human Resources staff to conduct Open Enrollment meetings. During these meetings, a variety of SEHP related topics were discussed and information distributed. SEHP would like your feedback about the Open Enrollment process and quality of the information that was provided to members. You are asked to respond to a survey, which contains 20 questions and takes about five minutes to complete. The survey is open until 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
