Fight the battle of the bulge during the holidays

How would you like to maintain or lose weight and be healthier by New Year's? You can do it with the help of Weight Watchers. A group meets on campus weekly with a Weight Watchers leader who inspires participants to lose weight and learn skills to maintain weight during tempting holiday events.
