Live music at WSU Shift Space

The Gilded Flower of DeathBlack Flowers will perform live at WSU Shift Space gallery on First Friday, Dec. 6, along with Connor Tillman of NonRock. The show begins at 7 p.m., gallery hours are 5-9 p.m. Entry is free, but donations to the musicians are encouraged. Prepare yourself for an explosion of sight and sound, as video art projections will be incorporated into the set. On display in the gallery will be Connexion, a Bachelor of Fine Arts exhibition by Allison Sutton, Antonio Martinez and Blake Luttrell. These three artists are presenting the culminating work of their undergraduate careers at WSU's School of Art and Design. This will be a diverse exhibition, with works in ceramics, fiber sculpture installation and painting. The exhibition runs from Dec. 4-14, with a closing reception from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13.
