Reminders
* Help decorate the RSC holiday tree. From 10 a.m.-noon today (Wednesday, Dec. 4) come to the RSC first floor and decorate an ornament to hang on the tree. There will be hot cocoa and cookies to put you in the holiday spirit. There also will be a nonperishable food drive for Operation Holiday. Bring in a food item on that day and receive a special thank you.
* Come out and catch the holiday spirit at the 4th Annual Christmas Organ Concert at 5:15 p.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 4) in Wiedemann Hall. Admission is free.
* WSU has licensed additional services from Blackboard. These include 24/7 support for faculty, staff and students, web conferencing, campuswide instant messaging, enterprise analytics and improvements to the core learning management system. * The Physical Plant Recycle Department is working with a recycling company that is a R2 certified electronics recycler. If you plan on discarding any electronics, put in a transfer order or call Kari Ossman at 978-7853 to arrange a pickup.
* President Bardo and First Lady Deborah will host several open houses at their home to celebrate the holiday season. You should have received an invitation recently. Unclassified staff have been invited to drop by Friday, Dec. 6, and faculty and classified staff on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
* The University Bookstore is continuing its "Presents Palooza" sale today (Wednesday, Dec. 4) through Saturday, Dec. 7. Today's deal is Wacky Wednesday.
