* Because of the holiday shutdown, the last day to submit invoices for payment in December is Friday, Dec. 13. Interdepartmental transfer requests must be submitted to Financial Operations by Tuesday, Dec. 17. The Business Procurement Card transaction logs must be returned by noon Monday, Dec. 16. Checks received in your office need to be deposited with the cashiers prior to shutdown. Bring them to Financial Operations by Thursday, Dec. 19.
* Instructors are reminded that change of grades can now be submitted via an online process. The link to the online form can be found on the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. Changes for courses taught more than a year ago, except those for graduate-level terminal courses, must still be submitted via the paper process through the exceptions committee or Graduate School. Only the primary instructor of record can submit a change of grade. More information: www.wichita.edu/registrar.
