The WSU Foundation offices will be closed at noon Tuesday, Dec. 24, and all day Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Otherwise, the foundation will have normal business hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) through the holidays. With campus closing Dec. 23, there will be no WSU Foundation checks distributed on Friday, Dec. 27. If you have emergency needs, contact Jenny Anderson at 978-3802. It is critical that we have all gifts properly recorded for our WSU donors for calendar year 2013.

Please make sure all checks and cash are at the foundation prior to campus shutdown. For any gifts received over the shutdown, please include the envelope with the postmark of Dec. 31, 2013, or earlier so we can post the gifts to the donor's record for 2013.

All gifts for 2013 need to be at the foundation no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3. If you have any questions about gift money, contact Amy Houpt at 978-3813 or Mel Arnold at 978-5215.
