* The At-Work Weight Watchers group will have an Open House from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, in 206 Heskett Center. Everyone is welcome to come and here about the new Simple Start program that Weight Watchers has in place for 2014. For more information, go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?2652.

* Campus Recreation will host a free family night for all WSU faculty, staff and their families from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Heskett Center. The entire facility, including the gym, swimming pool, cardio room and weight room will be available for those who attend. (Cardio and weight areas are for 16 and older only.)

* Career Services will host the On Campus Jobs Fair on Thursday, Jan. 16, in the Lucas Room, second floor, Rhatigan Student Center. Representatives from WSU offices and departments will have the opportunity to meet and talk with students interested in working part time on campus. * Wichita State will host free biometrics screenings Wednesday, Jan. 29, in 233 Rhatigan Student Center. It is sponsored by HealthQuest, and the testing is conducted in 30 minutes or less using a simple finger stick. * Nominations are sought for Wichita State's 2014 Senior Honor Men and Women awards. This is considered to be one of the highest honors a student can receive at WSU. Up to five men and five women are chosen for this honor each year. Please help identify students for this award and submit nominations at wichita.edu/seniorhonor by 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16.
