Bring your lunch to the School of Social Work brown bag -- "Social Media and Ethics: Realities for Social Work Practice" from noon-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, at University Methodist Church, 2220 N. Yale. This event engages participants to examine professional standards for technology and social work practice, and how to engage clients and agencies in conversation about the benefits and challenges of technology usage. The presenter will be Shaunna Millar, program director in WSU's School of Social Work. She has been a social worker for 17 years in the Wichita area, and has taught across the social work curriculum, with particular interests in creative arts in practice, organizational development, community action and children's issues.
