State of Kansas W-2s will be mailed from Topeka this week to the mailing address they have on file. If you have moved recently, contact the Payroll office at 978-3074 with your correct address. Payroll cannot re-order duplicate W-2s until mid-February.

Online W-2 information

There are now options for State of Kansas employees to receive their 2013 W-2s in early part of January instead of waiting for them to be mailed toward the end of the month.

You may also request prior year W-2s online. Once you make the election to receive your W-2 online, you will need to change it back if you decide to have them mailed in the future. You will need your Sharp ID# (found on your pay advice) and a password.
