Join OMA as we hear Robert E. Weems, Jr., the Willard W. Garvey Distinguished Professor of Business History at Wichita State University, discuss the business, economic and social dynamics of the 1970s "Blaxploitation" film genre. We will also view the 1971 "Blaxploitation" film "Shaft," directed by famous Kansas native Gordon Parks, whose papers are housed in WSU's Ablah Library.
