* Wichita State's Holger Meyer will present "The NOvA neutrino experiment at Fermilab" as part of the spring Physics Seminar Series at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in 128 Jabara Hall. The talk was to be held today (Wednesday, Feb. 5) but has been postponed one week because of inclement weather.

* The Chemistry Colloquium scheduled for 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 5) with Chad Slawson of the University of Kansas Medical Center, has been canceled. The entire spring schedule is available at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?2722

* The Elliott School of Communication's Internship Fair won't be held today (Wednesday, Feb. 5) as planned because of inclement weather. A decision hasn't been made yet whether the event will be postponed or canceled.

* A new geographical information systems (GIS) support group for faculty and staff won't meet as planned at 4:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 5) because of inclement weather. If you have questions, contact Marti Smith at martha.smith@wichita.edu.

* SAC, SGA and University Libraries have cosponsored to update the DVD collection on the first floor of Ablah Library. * Nominations are now being accepted now until noon Friday, Feb. 21, for the President's Award for Distinguished Service for Unclassified Professionals. Nominees should have provided exemplary, dedicated and caring service to Wichita State University beyond the normal expectations and responsibilities of their position and must have a .5 or greater appointment as an Unclassified Professional.
