Student Health offers tips for staying healthy during flu season

Student Health is offering the following tips for staying healthy and preventing the spread of colds and flu:
Wash your hands.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth to decrease the spread of germs.
Cover that cough. Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue (not your hands) and throw used tissues away.
Eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest and exercise.
