* The Department of Biological Sciences Spring 2014 Seminar Series presents "Push-pull migration dynamics: insights from tracking a 15 gram songbird," by Eli Bridge from the University of Oklahoma, at 4 p.m. today (Monday, Feb. 17) in 218 Hubbard Hall.

* Leading Adaptively in the University -- A three-day leadership development program for all stakeholders in the university will be held Feb. 18, 26 and 27. Interested faculty and staff, who are committed to making the university a better place, are invited to participate. Staff will need approval from their supervisor as stated in the application. * The Tilford Commission welcomes proposals from faculty members interested in developing a new diversity-related course or in modifying an existing course to enhance its diversity content. Successful applicants will receive a stipend of up to $4,000 and serve as Fellows of the Tilford Commission for the 2014-15 academic year.
