A Safe Zone training session from 3-5 p.m. today (Thursday, Feb. 20) in 233 RSC will give participants the skills they need to provide support and to create environments that are safe, welcoming and inclusive for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and ally (LGBTQA) persons. By attending, individuals are committed to being a Safe Zone Ally in which bigotry and discrimination, specifically regarding LGBTQA persons, are not tolerated.
