* Two forums are scheduled to discuss the draft proposal to modify the KBOR Social Media Policy as created by the Workgroup appointed by KBOR. WSU workgroup representatives Victoria Mosack, Faculty Senate president, and Rick Muma, associate vice president for Academic Affairs, will be available to discuss the draft proposal and receive feedback. The forums will be held from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, in 266 RSC (Pike Room), and 1:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 27, in 238 RSC (Meeker Room).
* If you have not received your U.S. Bank 1099-SA Form in the mail, log in at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?2796 to obtain your 2013 statement. Paper forms should have been mailed and received, however, some employees have not received it. After logging in, go to Notifications>>HSA Tax Documents and view and print your form. * SAC needs one set of judges for Hippodrome performances beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, April 9-10, in the CAC Theater, and another set to judge performances at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 12, in the CAC Theater. Training and dinner will be provided at 6:15 p.m. April 9, for Wednesday/Thursday performances; training and snacks will be provided at 2:15 p.m. April 12, for Saturday performances, with dinner being served at intermission. * The deadline to earn your 2015 health insurance discount points is July 31. You must obtain the 30 points (including the required 10 points for the Health Assessment) in order to receive a $20 rate discount.
