* SAC is hosting a road trip to the Kansas City Jazz District on Saturday, March 29. The trip includes admission to the American Jazz Museum, Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and lunch at famous Arthur Bryant's BBQ. * The Rhatigan Student Center will host a Faculty Appreciation Day from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, in the Harvest Room, 142 RSC. Come mix and mingle with the RSC staff and the other faculty members on campus. Light refreshments, entertainment and tours will be provided. RSVP to rsc.marketing@wichita.edu.
* Canon Solutions of America, formerly Oce, is peppering campus with another invoice or statement. Do not pay the invoice. Canon has discovered an invoicing error. The rental invoices in January were calculated incorrectly. Most WSU departments paid the first invoice. So, please do not pay this second invoice for equipment rental. The contact person at Canon is Anna Hammontree. Her email address is ahammontree@csa.canon.com, and phone number is 785-232-8222. Donna Conner in WSU's Office of Purchasing can be reached by phone at 978-5171, or donna.conner@wichita.edu.
* Take advantage of Campus Recreation's Shocker Fit Health Fair special from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, in the Heskett Center. Visit the 2014 Health Fair to get your Shocker Fit pass on sale. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?2808 for more information.
* The United States Postal Service (USPS) has installed a mail collection box outside Morrison Hall. The pickup times are 4:05 p.m. Monday through Friday only. WSU will request a Saturday pickup when Shocker Hall opens. Only the USPS collections driver has access to that mail collection box. If you place items into that box by mistake, the Campus Post Office cannot get it out for you.
