Because of an accounting system update error, the postal billing for March 2014 does not reflect imported and manually inputted postal charges for FedEx, UPS, Postage Due and Business Reply Mail and State Stamp charges departments used from Feb. 16-25. Departmental charge slips and USPS receipts will be used to reconstruct amounts owed and will be charged on the April 2014 billing cycle.
