* Come for a free oral screening from 1-4 p.m. Friday, March 28, at the WSU Dental Hygiene Clinic, 207 Ahlberg Hall. Please call to make an appointment at 978-3603. Walk-in patients also welcome.
* The WSU baseball team will host Cal State Fullerton at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 28; 2 p.m. Saturday, March 29; and 1 p.m. Sunday, March 30, at Eck Stadium. The WSU softball team will host Bradley at noon and 2 p.m. Saturday, March 29; and noon Sunday, March 30, at Wilkins Stadium. WSU students can pick up free baseball tickets with a WSU ID card at Eck Stadium ticket office and free softball tickets with a WSU ID card at Wilkins Stadium.
* Students can now submit a request to change, add or remove their academic major and/or minor via an online process. The link for the online submission can be found in the Student Tools channel on the Home Tab in myWSU. Students can request changes/additions to any major or minor for which they meet the academic requirements and which do not require departmental approval. Direct questions to the Office of the Registrar in Jardine Hall at 978-3090, or to the college academic advising offices.
* The abstract submission deadline for the 2014 Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Forum is Monday, March 31. This year's forum will be held Tuesday, April 8, at the Hughes Metropolitan Complex, and provides an excellent opportunity for undergraduate students at WSU to present their scholarly and creative activity to a faculty, student and community audience, while competing for cash awards. * Households with annual incomes less than $58,000 can use http://www.myfreetaxes.com/bestwsu to file their state and federal income tax returns for free. * If you love Wichita State and want to show prospective students all WSU has to offer, apply to become a student ambassador. Student Ambassador Society is a prestigious volunteer group of WSU students who work closely with the Office of Admissions to promote WSU to prospective students and families.
