Faculty and staff are invited to the CLUR (Campus Life and University Relations) Spring Professional Development Seminar to hear David Osio, director of Immigration Services, Catholic Charities Diocese of Wichita, from 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, in the Marcus Welcome Center. Osio will present "The Dream Act and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals," in which he will outline the differences between the two legislations, including the benefits and restrictions they offer young undocumented individuals. Osio graduated from WSU in 1990 with a major in social work and a minor in minority studies.
