* David Osio, director of Immigration Services, Catholic Charities Diocese of Wichita, will present "The Dream Act and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals," from 3:30-5 p.m. today (Tuesday, April 8) in the Marcus Welcome Center. He will outline the differences between the two legislations, including the benefits and restrictions they offer young undocumented individuals.
