* The Alternative Service Committee invites all classified employees and other interested parties to a Town Hall meeting at 2 p.m. today (Friday, April 11) in 208 Hubbard Hall, to learn more on the final white papers for the University Support Staff (USS) conversion proposal. It is important for all classified employees to learn what University Support Staff means to their employment. Two additional meetings will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 14, and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, in the CAC Theater. All three meetings will be live streamed at http://www.wichita.edu/asc for employees who are unable to attend.

* Professor Natasha Rozhkovskaya of Kansas State University will present "Combinatorics of boson-fermion correspondence and generalizations" at 3 p.m. today (Friday, April 11) in 372 Jabara Hall. Her presentation is part of the lecture series in the mathematical sciences.

* The AAUP invites faculty to attend a get together with Francisco J. Gonzalez, executive director of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity at WSU. * The women's tennis team has two matches at home at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 12, against Southern Illinois, and 9 a.m. Sunday, April 13, against Evansville, at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex. There will be free doughnuts at the beginning of each match and free pizza after 11 a.m. on both days.
