Tilford Commission invitation

The Tilford Commission invites WSU community members interested in addressing issues of diversity in the classroom to its Fellowship Colloquium from noon-2 p.m. Friday, April 25, in the Media Resource Center, Room 156A.

Tilford Fellowships are awarded annually by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs to faculty and instructors in support of work to develop a new course or modify an existing one to enhance its diversity content.

Fellows for the current year will give presentations on courses ranging from international business and LGBTQ issues to human trafficking, and all participants will have an opportunity to discuss strategies for successfully addressing diversity-related issues in the classroom. In addition, next year's Fellows will be announced. Lunch is provided.
