Wichita State's CCSR to announce three new efforts at Open House

Wichita State University's Center for Community Support and Research Executive Director Scott Wituk will announce three new efforts at its 30th anniversary celebration. Media are invited to the Open House from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, at the Downtown Center, 358 N. Main, Wichita. Announcements and a presentation with President Bardo will be at 5:30 p.m.

There are parking lots south of the building. Metered parking spaces in the nearby downtown area are free after 5 p.m.

The Center for Community Support and Research (CCSR) exemplifies the mission of Wichita State University to be an essential educational, cultural and economic driver for Kansas and the greater public good, and this month marks its 30th anniversary. CCSR started as The Self-Help Network in 1984 and now helps more than 125 organizations across the state annually.
