* Representatives of Cargill will be at WSU to talk about Big Data and Business at 5:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 23) in 142 RSC Harvest Room. The speakers will explain what they are doing with the data they collect, how they collect the data and how Information Systems play a vital role in helping them to stay competitive.

* Three candidates are being considered for Chief Information Officer and will visit campus through Thursday, April 24, to meet with various campus and community groups. Faculty and staff are invited to a presentation by each candidate titled "Transforming Technology and Institutional Culture to be Relevant for the Future IT Needs Within Higher Education." * The Tilford Commission invites WSU community members interested in addressing issues of diversity in the classroom to its Fellowship Colloquium from noon-2 p.m. Friday, April 25, in the Media Resource Center, Room 156A. Tilford Fellowships are awarded annually to faculty and instructors in support of work to develop a new course or modify an existing one to enhance its diversity content.
