The Wichita Holocaust Commemoration Council will present their annual Community Holocaust Commemoration at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, at Hughes Metropolitan Complex. This year's presentation is "This is Your Life, Hanna Bloch Kohner," featuring Julie Kohner, Hanna's daughter. Hanna miraculously survived four concentration camps, including Auschwitz. She made history when she was featured on "This is Your Life" in 1953, hosted by Ralph Edwards. Following a screening of the episode, Julie will share her family's story, artifacts and take questions from the audience. Admission is free. The program will include musical pieces and readings, along with an interfaith memorial service.
