* Students and faculty with the Social Puzzle Team in SPriTE Research Laboratories at WSU are conducting a short survey to understand society's perception of privacy in online social network media, such as Facebook. They also want to understand if users are interested in sharing data privately on online social networks. If you qualify and are selected to participate, you will be reimbursed with a free meal card usable in most RSC food outlets worth $7.50 after you complete all the steps of the survey. * If you are a member of KPERS, your annual statement is available online. Go to http://www.kpers.org to download a new member annual statement through your online account access. If you have questions, call 888-275-5737.

* The old Blackboard server (http://bb-old.wichita.edu) is being retired on Saturday, May 31. You will lose access to any course offered during fall 2013 or prior semesters. Please archive your courses now. Go to http://tinyurl.com/savemycourse for more information and help with this transition.

* Official Hospitality Training will be offered to faculty and staff from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, in 124 Jabara Hall. Academic Affairs is simplifying its official hospitality reimbursement process for candidate searches. Learn about these important changes before they take effect in fiscal year 2015. It's important training for departmental personnel involved in processing reimbursement requests.
