DeVault named 2014 Sweepstakes Winner in communications contest

Winners in the 2014 Kansas Professional Communicators contest were announced recently during the organization's annual spring conference in Hutchinson. Based on number of awards, including three first-place finishes, Amy DeVault, assistant professor in the Elliott School of Communication at Wichita State, was recognized as the 2014 Sweepstakes Winner. But DeVault wasn't the only Wichita State representative to excel.

Wichita State winners included two staff members, Cheryl Miller and Wilma Moore-Black; lecturer/grad student Madeline McCullough; former students Ishi Regier and Kaitlin Whelan; and current students Taylor Dietterich, Allison Gettings and Shelby Reynolds.
