Reminders

* Grading for spring 2014 courses is open. Faculty can access the Banner grading form via the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. Grades for any spring class can be entered during this grading period. Grades are due by 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 20. A grading email with further details was sent to faculty and staff who are flagged as eligible instructors in Banner. Questions about grading can be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.

* Official Hospitality Training will be offered to faculty and staff from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, in 124 Jabara Hall. Academic Affairs is simplifying its official hospitality reimbursement process for candidate searches. Learn about these important changes before they take effect in fiscal year 2015. It's important training for departmental personnel involved in processing reimbursement requests.

* Gary Koppenhaver, chair, Department of Finance, Insurance and Law, College of Business, Illinois State University, will be on campus today (Monday, May 19) and Tuesday, May 20, as a candidate for dean of the Barton School of Business. * The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will host Returning Adult Forums this summer. The forums will cover admissions, financial aid, adult completion programs and more. * If you are in Wichita this summer and looking for a place to sing, you're invited to join the WSU Summer Choir. The choir rehearses in June, with a concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 26, in Wiedemann Hall. This year's theme is "Have a Little Faith." There are no auditions. Just come and sing.
