* Grading for spring 2014 courses is open. Faculty can access the Banner grading form via the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. Grades for any spring class can be entered during this grading period. Grades are due by 10 p.m. today (Tuesday, May 20). A grading email with further details was sent to faculty and staff who are flagged as eligible instructors in Banner. Questions about grading can be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.

* A video of the open forum will be available for the third and final dean candidate in the Barton School of Business for 24 hours, the day after the presentation, by logging in to myWSU.

* Postal Services will host a meeting and information session on the Document Delivery Network (DDN) with the vendor from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, in 124 Jabara Hall. * Official Hospitality Training will be offered to faculty and staff from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, in 124 Jabara Hall. Academic Affairs is simplifying its official hospitality reimbursement process for candidate searches. It's important training for departmental personnel involved in processing reimbursement requests.

* Join Campus Recreation and celebrate National Walk at Work Day on Wednesday, May 21. Run, walk or jog to the Heskett Center wearing your running/walking shoes from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. to be entered into a drawing for a Campus Recreation health and relaxation package. Give yourself the gift of health and wellness by participating in this fun and fit activity. No specific route or distance is needed.

* The Division of Campus Life and University Relations has challenged the Division of Academic Affairs to see who can raise the most money for the Heart Walk and who will have the most participants. * The National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Defense currently have open SBIR/STTR solicitations coming due in June 2014. The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program encourages domestic small businesses to engage in Federal Research/Research and Development that has potential for commercialization.
