* WSU's Child Development Center will offer childcare from 6-10 p.m. every Tuesday this coming fall semester for children 6 weeks to 12 years old, provided there are a minimum of 10 children enrolled. * The WSU Foundation is accepting applications for the 2014-15 Core Values Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to the undergraduate student who best articulates, in a 500-word essay, how he or she exemplifies the WSU Foundation's core values of integrity, relationships, teamwork and service. * The Wichita Wild indoor football team has discounted tickets for all WSU students who present a Shocker Blast email at the box office. The discount will take $2 off Orange and Green Level Tickets (sideline and end-zone) for the home game at 7:05 p.m. Saturday, June 7, in Hartman Arena.
* Don't miss the first "Wichita State Day at the K" on Saturday, June 21, when the Kansas City Royals take on the Seattle Mariners. Join your fellow Shocker fans for an afternoon of big league action at the ballpark, while supporting your university. The first 750 Shocker fans who bring their official WSU Day ticket to the table located at Gate B will receive a limited edition black and yellow KC Wichita State cap.
