* Bill Vanderburgh, executive director of the Office for Faculty Development and Student Success (OFDSS) and associate professor in the department of philosophy, has accepted a position at California State University, San Bernardino. On Aug. 4, he will become the university's new associate vice president for academic affairs, dean of undergraduate studies, and professor of philosophy. In recognition of his accomplishments at WSU, a farewell reception will take place from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, July 24, in the RSC Pike Room (266). There will be remarks at 2:30 p.m.
