OneStop to offer student-focused support

College students have plenty of questions. Thanks to OneStop, Shockers have a go-to-resource for fast, accurate answers and student-focused support for virtually all WSU-related needs.

Starting Wednesday, Aug. 6, the physical OneStop will have office hours from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays in 122 Jabara Hall.

Also starting Aug. 6, get assistance 24/7 via webchat at wichita.edu/onestop and by telephone at 855-978-1787. You'll need your OneStop telephone access code found by going to "mywsu.wichita.edu" and selecting "Manage your password" if you're a current student or "New to myWSU" if you're an incoming student.

OneStop is a best practice in student services for higher education. It allows students and prospective students the ability to get virtually all their WSU-related questions answered in a central place.

Thanks to OneStop, you can get answers for admissions, financial aid, advising, student accounts and registration all in one place.
