Academic Affairs is simplifying its official hospitality reimbursement process for candidate searches. Learn about these important changes before they take effect in fiscal year 2015. The Official Hospitality Training Session will be offered from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, in 127 Jabara Hall. We will review all the official hospitality forms used for candidate searches with a particular emphasis on the changes taking place. This is very important training for all university departmental personnel involved in processing reimbursement requests.
