* Academic Affairs is simplifying its official hospitality reimbursement process for candidate searches. Learn about these important changes before they take effect in fiscal year 2015 at an Official Hospitality Training Session from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, in 127 Jabara Hall. This is important training for all university departmental personnel involved in processing reimbursement requests. * Volunteers are being recruited to help with Convocation 2014, scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, in Charles Koch Arena. Early entry is crucial to campus planners, campus media and statewide print and broadcast media, all of whom need to know the time, date, place and cost of any individual event. * The Office of Human Resources administers the employee tuition assistance program for benefits-eligible, nonteaching employees of the university.
