WSU has one more year on the State of Kansas, Oce (now Canon) Copier Contract #12156. The contract will expire on Oct. 31, 2015. Recently WSU has been able to make adjustments to the lease agreements to allow departments to adjust the estimated number of copies for their machines here on campus. Please review your current costs for the Oce leased machine in your office, and compare the actual usage to the estimated usage submitted at the beginning of the lease.

In the contract, all toner is prepaid in the maintenance charge. A department should never have to pay for a toner cartridge for a leased machine under contract 12156.
