Bardo approves policy revision on phased retirement

President Bardo has approved the following revision to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:
3.13/Benefits Applicable to University Employees -- http://webs.wichita.edu/inaudit/ch3_13.htm

To update the parameters of the phased retirement program. In addition, there was modest updates of the text throughout.
