Everett Johnson, former chairman of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, died July 22, in Tucson, Ariz. He was 78 years old. Johnson retired from WSU in 2000 as ECE department chair. A celebration of his life will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at First Baptist Church, 1501 State St., in Augusta.
