On Saturday, Aug. 2, Communication Sciences and Disorders students and staff supported the Wichita Convoy of Hope event. Audiology graduate students Megan Ellwood and Megan Pinkerton joined undergrad students Stephanie Slack, Cori Wright, Stephanie Fowler and Maggie Porter to volunteer their time and talent. The clinic's audiology tent was constantly busy most of the day. Students and clinicians conducted 51 free hearing screenings. Several community members were referred to the clinic for further testing and services.
