In an address to faculty and staff, Wichita State President John Bardo will present "WSU Transformation: Becoming the Innovation University" at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, in the Shirley Beggs Ballroom, Rhatigan Student Center, Rooms 305 and 306.

In addition, media are invited to an advance briefing of the presentation at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, in Rhatigan Student Center, Room 313. Bardo will be joined by Provost and Senior Vice President Tony Vizzini and Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer John Tomblin.

For the 2 p.m. presentation, a mult box will be provided for media in the northwest corner of the ballroom. There will be no lectern on stage for mic placement.

Following a 30-minute presentation, Bardo, Vizzini and Tomblin will answer questions from those in attendance and via email.

Bardo's presentation will be available to the public online at http://www.wichitastate.tv/live and broadcast live on WSU-TV on Cox Cable channel 13.
