The State of Kansas is offering free flu shots for employees and their spouses (employee's children are not eligible) who have a Caremark ID number. The first clinic will be from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, in 233 RSC. Please fill out a Consent Form and bring it with you.
