Reminders

* Do you have a knack for the visual arts? You may be interested in competing in the 22nd Annual Elements Multi-Media Art Competition. Students can submit up to six pieces of works in a variety of categories. If you have more than six works and would like to host your own art show, consider applying to exhibit in the Cadman Art Gallery for the spring semester. * The International Student Union will host Interfest, the International Food Festival held each semester from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, on the RSC north lawn. * Wichita State will celebrate Constitution Day 2014 with a visit by the Kansas Court of Appeals from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, in the CAC Theater. * WSU has a great basketball program, but did you know that the Shocker Sound Basketball Band won the 2013 Final Four Battle of the Bands in Atlanta? Shocker Sound will hold auditions from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, and Thursday, Sept. 25, in Duerksen Fine Arts Center (DFAC).
