Wichita State political science professor Mel Kahn's Political Science Campaigns and Election class will feature a Kansas Governor's Surrogate Debate from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in 114 Lindquist Hall at WSU. The debate will feature Rep. Jim Ward for Paul Davis and political analyst Rodney Wren for Sam Brownback. Media are welcome to attend.
