The State of Kansas is offering free flu shots for employees and their spouses (employee's children are not eligible) who have a Caremark ID number. WSU will hold its final clinic from 8 a.m.-noon Thursday, Oct. 16, in 266 RSC. If you have tried to register online and the times were full, please try again as additional times have been added to the clinic. The state will also hold additional clinics throughout the area (see http://www.wichita.edu/j/?3346). Please fill out a consent form and bring it with you on your appointment date.
