Wichita State University's Center for Real Estate will present its 5th annual Topeka Housing Market Forecast at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the Kansas Association of Realtors, 3644 SW Burlingame Road in Topeka. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?3360 for information about the Topeka forecast.

Stan Longhofer, director of WSU's Center for Real Estate, will present the forecast. He will be available for interviews after his presentation at about noon.

The 2015 Kansas Housing Markets Forecast series consists of separate forecast publications for each of the major markets across the state -- Kansas City, Lawrence, Manhattan, Topeka and Wichita -- and forecasts housing market activity through the end of 2015.
