* The deadline to receive the HealthQuest Rewards Program 2015 discount ends Saturday, Nov. 15. Save $480 in 2015 from lowered health insurance rates. * Visit the fall 2014 Education Career Fair from 2:30-4:30 p.m. today (Friday, Nov. 14) at Hughes Metropolitan Complex, Room 180. * The Lecture Series in the Mathematical Sciences will feature professor Xiaojun Huang from Rutgers University. Huang will present "Rigidity of local holomorphic isometries from a Kahler manifold to the product of complex projective spaces" at 3 p.m. today (Friday, Nov. 14) in 372 Jabara Hall.

* Dorothy Billings, Ronald Christ, Dorothy Crum, Jolynne Campbell and Peter Zoller are the newest faculty chosen for membership in the Academy for Effective Teaching. They will be inducted into the academy at a reception from 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in the Armstrong Room, Marcus Welcome Center.
